Hometown: Madrid, Spain (or rather, a small town near Madrid that no one has really heard of anyway. He's been to Madrid so frequently that he practically considers it his hometown.)

Personality: Antonio has a very positive outlook on life. He prefers to see the bright side of everything, including pitch black situations. He blames it on the fact that he grew up in such a sunny place - the sunlight leaked into his very soul and made him happier than anyone could possibly be. As long as he is alive, he says, he will always be happy because he is alive.

In accordance with this constant happiness comes a certain obliviousness as well. Antonio seems completely unable to comprehend plainly obvious things, and instead sees what he wants to see. However, this is a choice he has made - to be oblivious. Because, by being oblivious, he believes he can make other people see things the way that he sees them with time. The fact that he chooses to be the way he is can sometimes be seen when he decides that a situation is important enough for him to act seriously, and he suddenly seems to know a lot more than he ever let on. Also, he is typically easily distracted by shiny objects.

This is because Antonio is a very intelligent individual. He isn’t learned in art or math or science, but he has an overflowing amount of common sense and especially knows what is good for someone to hear at specific times. This also lends to his ability to learn new skills quickly. He is determined and hard-headed, and will stick by something he believes in beyond anything else.

Antonio also seems to have a need to care for those he loves. He will go out of his way to do anything and everything for them before they even know they need it done.

Also, an important note, Antonio is a devout Catholic. He believes that God and his love for God can see him through any hardship.

Job: Zookeeper/part-time tour guide (Sorry, I really liked this idea, it fits him so well... XD; )

Job History: Antonio was raised poor. On a small farm that his father owned. With eight younger siblings. So, from a young age, he was working with his hands - with both plants and animals - and with young children - helping to raise his younger siblings in a very busy household. Because of his family's need for his help, Antonio never had a real job until he was nineteen years old.

It was at this point that his siblings had mostly come of an age to help on the farm as well. As his family was in desperate need of money, Antonio managed to sneak his way over to America (perhaps a little illegally) and got a job in order to send money back to his family. He worked in fast food restaurants, and grocery stores, and finally managed to get a custodial position at the Museum.

From there, it was a simple task of working his way up the chain. For a long time he was a simply a zookeeper, having proven his ability to take care of animals and has recently been given the part-time duty of directing tours from time to time. He is very excited, because he REALLY likes being around people.

Fears: Antonio is literally terrified of English people. (Like people from Great Britain) Typically, he will avoid them or act in a rather hostile manner. Also, he is afraid that something will happen to his family while he is away from them. And he is afraid of losing his job, because nothing else would support his family and himself so well.

Other: Antonio takes his siesta daily at promptly 3 in the afternoon. He goes to church every Sunday. He adores tomatoes, and grows some in his apartment, and he has a turtle that he keeps as a pet named "Jefe Tortuga".
