Francis was born and raised in Nice, France. Because of his aristrocratic family line, he was able to lead a mostly comfortable life residing in a sizable mansion. He had riches, and that was enough.

With the kind of upbringing he was given, Francis turned out as a somewhat snobbish, rich brat who only cared aboutmoney and high society. He was flirty and easily took a liking to both males and females, seducing them all even when he was just a teenager and treating it like a game.
His attitude and outlook on life changed however when he went to study at a university in Paris, where he met and fell in love with a girl named Jeanne. The relationship was short-lived, though the girl had left a lasting impression on Francis.
Now, Francis is a young man who is an appreciator of both outer and inner beauty, and while he still has the tendency to charm and flirt with those around him, it is more playful and innocent. He wants people to know the feeling of being truly loved, though he pulls away before a relationship gets too deep, still affected by having lost Jeanne.
His passion is cooking, and in his free time he would either be experimenting with new recipes or trying different restaurants. Sometimes he would be drinking, though seldom enough to get drunk. After he graduated and told his parents about his new dream of becoming a professional chef, they were obviously not pleased, but eventually let their son do what he wanted, the topic of his succession put off for now.
